The Mariupol Center
The Mariupol Center is the biggest Leadership Development Center in Eastern Ukraine. This is not only a training facility for our students but also a modern educational space for the youth of the region. Here, on the campus, residents of the city hold campus events and lectures, and the Academy team educates local youth in project management and helps implement bright ideas.
The Mariupol Center is:
large-scale forums of the Center — with the participation of the President, ministers and ambassadors — attract young people from all over Ukraine to Mariupol. The team took part in the design of the youth development strategy of the city. The center also has a special goal - to create a positive image of Eastern Ukraine in the eyes of young Ukrainians and strengthen Ukrainian identity and traditions here.

The Academy was opened in Mariupol in 2019.
The Leadership Development Center was established in 2020 due to the support of the Mariupol City Council and the USAID Economic Support for Eastern Ukraine project.
This is a modern and comfortable campus
The campus is located next to the park and is 6 kilometers away from the sea.
The first floor is dedicated to coworking and lectures for community events. The second and third floors are the student zone: separate floors for boys and girls. Each room is designed for 2-3 people. Each room is equipped with air conditioning. There are modern showers and air purifiers on both floors. The campus has spacious lecture halls, lounge areas, a dining room, a laundry, a library.
The Mariupol Center — is an image project for the city
The Mariupol Leadership Development Center is the only youth center in Mariupol, which sets a high bar, innovative methods and approaches in working with youth and strengthens youth policy in the city.
Mariupol has almost the largest number of grant programs and foundations in Ukraine that invest in young people. Therefore, for students of the Academy, it is a unique opportunity to implement a social or a business idea. Over the last year, the students of the Mariupol Center have implemented the largest amount of project ideas.
Students communicate with the community here. Most of our graduates say that a year of study in Mariupol has changed their idea of Eastern Ukraine.
The Mariupol Center unites value entrepreneurs and thought leaders
The plan is to cooperate with the city's leading entrepreneurs so that young people could see the business from the inside and be inspired by its success. The business, in turn, will keep in touch with future proactive employees.
